I am here to tell you why the next time you grab a “cold one”, think about what it can do for your hair. I am talking about grabbing your favorite beer. But, before you decide to drink the entire six pack, save one for your hair.
I will be honest; I have been a victim of sore feet, sand paper heels and stinky toes. The only time I enjoyed how my feet felt was after a pedicure. I would spend $40 a month on pedicures. I enjoyed the entire process; the foot soak, the foot scrub, the massage and of course getting my nails painted a new color each time.
However with the rising prices of living expenses, I found it harder to cough up $40 a month on this luxury. I experimented here and there with the things I remembered my salon used (generic grapefruit scrubs). I perfected my own at home pedicure for around $8, and it works better than any store bought scrub.

Have you ever read the back of the skin care products you are using on your face? You’d be surprised how many ingredients are listed. These so-called “all natural” products have an average of 10 or more ingredients. I have sensitive skin, as in my skin burns, gets dry and turns red depending on the skin care products I use. This is a common problem with skin care products. People tend to overuse skin care products causing more problems with their skin. As a result, you just continue to buy more and more products to fix the acne, the redness, the dryness, the oiliness and so forth.
We all know that feeling after a good workout, when your muscles are achy and you feel completely worn out. I tried different kinds of exercise performance sports drinks, but I never felt anything beneficial from them after my workouts.
I I found an article in Medical News Todayabout the benefits of drinking chocolate milk after your workout rather than just a sports drink or water. I love chocolate milk, so I decided to start drinking it last December after my workouts. I will be honest, I still have minor sore muscles here and there, but overall I feel good, and totally energized after I drink chocolate milk post workout.

I will be honest, I had chronic bladder infections. This is very common among women. I was still getting bladder and kidney infections regardless of how often I was being prescribed antibiotics.
